UPGRADE ASSISTANCE

 

On-Premises Customers

A SecturaSOFT application engineer will assist customer on an active maintenance subscription plan with the migration process after the new version has been released for production.

Hosted Customers

SecturaSOFT application engineers will backup and migrate all the data after a new version is release and approved for production.
